Position Responsibilities:

• As our Platform Manager, you will manage our full Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform (PP) technology platform and associated licensing.
• Additionally, you will contribute to business case development, communicating benefits whilst ensuring solutions are delivered to time, cost and quality requirements.
• Maximising employee awareness and satisfaction, you will define, implement and support our D365 and PP Roadmap to support governance structure in line with our policies.
• Managing an enthusiastic small team, you’ll form strong relationships with Microsoft and be involved in creating technical and governance roadmaps to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

• The ability to evaluate the applicability of features and new products for business gain

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of configuration management, identity and access management and other D365&PP based services
• Experience managing enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies in a large organisation
• Experience managing D365&PP licensing
• Experience driving and reporting on technology adoption
