Position Summary:
IT Solution specialist plays key role in process automation & digitalization development, supporting build solutions and business users. This role is comparable to application developer role as well requires analytical skills with understanding business processes. Process Automation team works in close relationship with Business Consulting Teams. To success in this role you need basic understanding of process automation & digitalization and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop applications and solutions
- Support platform development, governance and changes
- Bring new innovative way of working to team
- Contribute your know-how and teach colleagues
- Analyse the customer requirements in collaboration with Business consulting and other related teams/partners
- Present and demonstrate solutions
- Implement custom solutions and support them
- Maintain build solutions and seek enhancements
- Create and maintain solution Documentation
Requirements & Skills:
- Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Fluent command of oral and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
- Abilito to work a highly dynamic team focused towards Digital Trasnformation
- Strong knowhow of Office products (Sharepoint, Visio, Excel)
- Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Flow
- Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic and multi-cultural matrix organization
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
- Azure, CDS, RPA, SQL, JSON, HTTP REST knowledge seen as advance
