Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

• You will have a significant professional profile with practice and performance experience. Expertise in contemporary dance technique, rehearsal direction, choreography and/or company management and networking skills are essential for this role.

Requirements & Skills:

• In addition to contributing to practical modules such as Dance Technique, Choreography or other creative modules, you will contribute and supervisor dissertation students and this requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• You need to have experience of teaching within a higher education setting and be familiar with the planning, delivery and assessment of module content that is both practical and theoretical
• You will be qualified to Masters level and hold a recognised teaching qualification and/or be willing to undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. You will demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills and have the proven ability to engage and enthuse students.
