To support the future growth of the airport, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Commercial team at Leeds Bradford® Airport, to secure a strong brand and competitive position in LBA’s catchment through the management and day-to-day delivery of LBA’s marketing communications across the entire business.

Position Responsibilities:

• Control the marketing budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, and monitoring and following up on all marketing investments
• Increase top-of-mind awareness of the LBA brand amongst consumers in the catchment, to activate latency and reduce surface leakage
• Own the LBA brand, ensuring that all consumer-facing communication adheres to the brand guidelines
• Formulate, execute, evaluate and develop LBA’s annual marketing communications plan, based on LBA’s marketing strategy and commercial priorities
• Build brand advocacy through relevant and loyalty-building marketing communications to different customer segments
• Support the Manager, Customer & Marketing in LBA’s ongoing market and customer research programmes, working with external third parties to explore current conditions, perceptions and sentiment
• Understand in detail consumers and customers in the LBA catchment
• Assist in the creation and delivery of LBA’s customer and marketing strategies
• Ensure the integration of different LBA channels in the delivery of multifaceted marketing campaigns
• Deliver the entirety of LBA’s marketing and internal communications across all channels, managing supporting agency relationships where necessary
