Position Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this role will be to oversee delivery of a £15m programme of investment activity designed to support skills development and economic growth in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire as part of the Scottish Government’s response to the Covid 19 pandemic and oil and gas downturn. The role will also include the management of the City Council’s contributions to the Regional Recovery Skills funding and any future funding for skills development across the region within this timeframe
JJob Requirements:
- Report writing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver presentations.
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership working
- Proven track record of managing budgets.
- Proven track record of delivering programmes within deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of working in a cross functional organisation.
- Experience of managing staff and implementing personnel policies.
